Omega-3 oils are fatty acids, polyunsaturated oils, that are necessary for your health. They are found in leafy green vegetables and some fish, especially tuna, salmon and mackerel, and are beneficial in preventing heart disease and stroke. They are also thought to be beneficial against autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
